Project:
Creative process that effectively leveraged capabilities of staff and delivered results.
Project Summary
It became immediately clear that Verizon required structure and process in order to achieve success. The creative teams skill mix was not in alignment with required skills. Accordingly, I developed an organic process that allowed great staffing flexibility, staff growth, and drove ROI.
Goals
Concept, socialize and implement creative process.
Challenges
Locating and hiring the appropriate creative staff. Facilitating the exit of those whose skill set did not meet minimum expectations. Maintaining quality level and morale.
Results
Overall staff size was minimized, staff morale improved, quality of creative output improved, and costs reduced.
