Project Summary
The application offered a powerful and low cost character animation software called Agent 7. It constituted a new kind of voice activated, internet software for making and running broadcast quality, lip synched, extensible animation on the Web as well as from within major desktop applications. Characters could be choreographed and lip synchronized in a matter of minutes to create an unlimited number of animated characters. The technology aimed to provide consumer and professional Web and presentation developers with key benefits to increase the effectiveness and reduce the time and cost of developing and updating Web pages and presentations. The product itself was based on 7th Level's core technology Media Control 7 which could be used to control, manipulate and publish multiple sources of streaming media on the Internet, other narrow and broadband networks, or standalone PC's.
Goals
Designing and developing online experiences that used the technology. Create micro sites for clients that used this technology.
Challenges
When 7th Level exited the game development business, most channel partners were left with a negative impression of the firm. As a result when 7th Level emerged as a technology development company, there were no sales channels to support the sale of the product. What was honestly an amazing technology was at risk of never being sold. Therefore, it became my responsibility to develop and implement an e-commerce solution (in addition to my other responsibilities).

Implemented a robust e-commerce solution. Fully developed the technology and client solutions. |
