Personal Brand

My personal "Brand" is a container in which clients, staff, coworkers, leaders, and others place attributes about me - both personal and professional. This perception drives reality and requires careful handling. I place a great deal of importance in maintaining a positive brand imagine. I understand that this personal brand is what distinguishes me from others. I accomplish this goal through many methods and processes - the desired result is always the same - to achieve success for my firm, my team, and most importantly - the client.
I have had the opportunity to work with some really outstanding talent throughout my career. The following QuickTime movies are a few of these professionals talking about what it is like to work with me and for me. They are presented in no particular order.(Quicktime V.6 required - Movie will launch in a new browser window)

Jay DeShan

Jay DeShan is a hard core development lead. Coming from a game development background, Jay entered the Web business in 1998. He is currently working at Yahoo! Broadcast.

Chris Yates

Chris Yates is from the old school of web design and development. A top notch Designer who can out code many developers. A man of few words, Chris lets his work speak for him. In 1997, I interviewed him for a position at AudioNet (aka Broadcast.com, Yahoo! Broadcast). My response upon finishing was simple, do not let him leave until he is hired.

Jim Resnowski

Jim Resnowski is a graduate of Texas A&M in Architecture. His motion graphic and visual design skills are truly top notch. More importantly, in my opinion, is his ability to deliver consistent high quality results. It has been a pleasure to lead Jim on several projects at Verizon.
